Today i went swimming n of cos swimming is gd for u.

Well, it is the matter of u want to do it or not. LOL!


Im a failure of cos. Need to be motivated. And haven't contact Allie from Camp Challenge tat im avaiable for work. SHIT!

I always thinking of dying but i haven't die. What to do, not your time yet. I dunno lah whether i have mood disorder or depression, till today i kept on wondering. Well i dun want tat to get in my way. So i juz to focus on what am i doing, cos every moment is a challenge. *motto focus adventure nampak*

It is healthy to have stress in ur life.. Too much stress or no stress is a abnormal to any human beings. It is how u cope or manage ur stress. So guys plz, chill and focus n of cos think.. Learn how to laugh on wat u stressings.. u can find it funny sometimes.. N laughter can reduce stress..
